Where do I find my Revolut Business receipt email address?
Open your Revolut Business profile and go to My receipts. Copy the unique Expenses email address shown there and paste it into Expensent as your forwarding destination. Note: Revolut says receipts must be forwarded from the email address you use to log in to Revolut Business.
How does Revolut's OCR work with forwarded receipts?
When a supported receipt reaches your Revolut Expenses email, Revolut scans it, can auto-fill expense fields, and attempts to attach it to the corresponding outstanding expense. Revolut also says its AI can learn from submitted expenses and categorize future expenses, but manual review or manual matching may still be needed.
Does Revolut Business support PDF receipt attachments?
Yes. Revolut says forwarded receipt emails with attachments must use PDF, JPG, or PNG files up to 6 MB. If an email has several attachments, Revolut says it processes only the first one. Revolut also accepts emails with no attachment when the email body is HTML.
What types of receipts does Expensent detect?
Expensent uses AI to detect likely invoice and receipt emails across vendors such as SaaS subscriptions, travel providers, restaurants, and office suppliers. It forwards supported PDF, JPG, and PNG attachments, or body-proof emails you explicitly approve.
Is my email data secure?
Expensent uses OAuth 2.0 authentication, so you do not share your mailbox password with Expensent. You review likely receipts in the app and control which emails are forwarded manually or through saved rules.
