Auto-label or file forwarded receipt emails in your mailbox
Once a receipt is on its way to QuickBooks, Xero, Expensify, or your accountant, Expensent tidies the original email right inside your mailbox — mark it read, label it, archive it, or move it to a folder — so your inbox stays clean without you touching it.

How it works
Pick the inbox
Choose which connected account should be tidied after its receipts are forwarded.
Choose the cleanup
Mark as read, add a Gmail label, archive with a label, or move messages to a folder — whatever keeps your inbox sane.
It happens on forward
Every time Expensent forwards a receipt, it files the original exactly the way you chose.
Tidy the way your provider works
Gmail labels and archive
Label receipts in place, or archive them with a label so they stay searchable but out of your inbox.
Folders for other providers
On Outlook, iCloud, and IMAP, move forwarded receipts into a dedicated folder.
Per-inbox control
Keep organization on for your busy billing inbox and off for a personal account.

Common questions
Does Expensent delete forwarded emails?
No. Organization actions file the original message according to your settings, such as marking it read, labeling it, archiving it, or moving it to a folder. The receipt remains in your mailbox and stays searchable.
Can different inboxes use different cleanup rules?
Yes. Mailbox organization is configured per connected inbox, so a shared billing account can be filed aggressively while a personal inbox stays untouched after forwarding.
Keep a clean mailbox automatically
Turn on mailbox organization and let forwarded receipts file themselves.
