Connect Gmail, Outlook, and supported email inboxes

Link the inboxes where your receipts and invoices arrive. Setup time depends on your provider and account settings; OAuth providers do not share your mailbox password with Expensent, and iCloud/IMAP credentials are handled through Nylas.

How it works

1

Sign in to your inbox

Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo connect with secure OAuth — no password to hand over. iCloud uses an Apple app-specific password, and other IMAP inboxes connect with their mailbox login.

2

Add the accounts that get receipts

Your business Gmail, a personal inbox some vendors still use, a shared billing address — bring the receipt-heavy inboxes into one workflow.

3

Work them from one screen

Likely receipt and invoice candidates across your inboxes land in one place, so you stop hopping between accounts to chase them down.

Built for more than one inbox

Many inboxes, one queue

Keep accounts separate where they need to be, but review and forward everything from a single workflow.

Know an inbox’s status

See at a glance which accounts are connected and which need reconnecting, before a receipt slips through.

Disconnect anytime

Remove an inbox or revoke access in a click. You decide exactly what Expensent can reach.
